Facility Rules

Members are allowed to bring one guest per visit free of charge. There is a $2 fee for each additional guest, to be paid into the fee box located on the front desk. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (age 18 or older) while in the gymnasium. The gym schedule is located below.

Gym Sports

Biddy basketball, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball.

Exercise Room & Weight Room

The weight room age limit is 15 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Exercise machines and weight lifting equipment are off limits to children 10 years and under.

Equipment includes: Weights, and machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, and rowing machines.

After exercising, please wipe down the seats, handlebars and any other parts of the machine you come in contact with while using them.

Private Events/Parties

The facility/gym is available to rent for private parties. Please contact us for more information.
